KoalaFix gives your team’s AI assistants one shared memory. Getting started takes an account, a workspace and one connected assistant.
Create an account
KoalaFix opens in November: join the waitlist and we’ll email you the sign-up link on launch day. Then sign up with Google, or with your email and a password of at least 8 characters. An email sign-up is confirmed by email before you can sign in.
Joining a team? Open the invite link a teammate sent you and sign in from there. An invite can create your account if you don’t have one yet.
Your workspace
Memory belongs to a workspace, your team’s shared space in KoalaFix. Whoever creates a workspace starts as its admin and lead, and the dashboard’s Home page has the set-up steps. On the Basic plan you can administer one workspace, with up to 4 people.
Connect your first assistant
Each person connects their own assistants and signs in once in the browser. Your dashboard’s Integrations page has the same steps, with buttons. Pick yours:
- Claude Code
- Codex
- Cursor
- Claude on the web, desktop and mobile
- ChatGPT
- Gemini CLI
- OpenCode
- GitHub Copilot
Check it works
Ask your assistant what KoalaFix knows about the project you’re working on. It searches team memory with the recall tool and says whether the answer is clear, stale, in conflict or unknown. In a new workspace, unknown is the right answer: nothing has been saved yet.
To have every session start with the team’s brief, turn on automatic memory.
