Ask the teamWhat is a managed user?
A managed user is a person you enable for KoalaFix to diagnose or fix issues on their Windows device or Microsoft 365 account. Named people are counted individually, rather than by device.
What does KoalaFix cost?
Monthly billing is AUD $35 or USD $25 per managed user per month, excluding GST. Companies billed in Australia or New Zealand pay in AUD; everyone else pays in USD.
Annual billing saves 20%: AUD $28 or USD $20 per managed user per month, with the full year billed upfront at AUD $336 or USD $240 per user. Choose your currency and billing option in the pricing above.
How does the free trial work?
Create your company account, install the Windows app and invite up to 30 people. The trial lasts 30 days and needs no credit card.
Add a card whenever you like. The first charge is on the day the trial ends, for the people in your workspace that day. Without a card, the workspace is restricted when the trial ends and nothing is charged.
What do we need to get started?
You’ll need a Windows computer and a work Microsoft 365 account. Start your free trial on the sign-up page, then install the KoalaFix app and sign in with the same account. Some Microsoft 365 permissions need approval from your administrator. See the setup guide for the steps.
Can we keep our existing IT provider?
Yes. KoalaFix works alongside your IT team or provider. It handles everyday Windows and Microsoft 365 problems, while your provider continues to help with onsite work, hardware, infrastructure and problems that need a person.
What happens if KoalaFix cannot fix something?
KoalaFix explains what it checked, what changed and any next steps. You can also submit a bug report so our team can investigate and work on a fix for a future update. Some problems may still need your IT team or provider.
What can KoalaFix access or change?
KoalaFix uses the permissions granted to your account and Windows app. It always explains the action and asks for your approval before making changes, then records the outcome. Read the security and permissions guide for the detail.
What is the Founding Customer Program?
