One active user on your M365 tenant. Shared mailboxes, service accounts, and guests don't count. Seats free up immediately when someone leaves.
No. Flat monthly price per tier — we cover AI usage costs. If your team's usage spikes, your bill doesn't.
No overage fees. We email the admin to confirm an upgrade. Until accepted, new seats see a "seat limit reached" message at sign-in. Existing seats keep working.
