A workspace admin invites people with links. Once they join, the admin sets what each person can do and whose word wins.
Make an invite link
On the dashboard’s Members page, or in the Home set-up steps, make an invite link. When you make it for someone’s email address, KoalaFix emails them the invite from no-reply@koalafix.com. You can also copy any link and send it however your team talks.
- A link lasts 7 days by default. You can pick 1 to 30 days, and revoke a link at any time.
- A link made without a limit works for several people until it expires. A link made for one email address works once.
- A workspace can have up to 20 open invites.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus invites, roles, settings, removing people and archiving the workspace. |
| Member | Reads and writes memory. |
| Viewer | Reads memory, changes nothing. |
Ranks
Rank is separate from role. It decides whose word wins when two people disagree about a fact: lead, member or new. A lead’s word stands over a member’s, and a member’s over a newcomer’s. Between equals, KoalaFix opens a conflict for a person to settle rather than guessing.
An admin sets ranks; nobody sets their own. Whoever creates a workspace starts as its admin and lead.
Seats
Basic is free for up to 4 people. On Premium, each person is a seat at US$15 a month, with all of that person’s agents included.
