When does KoalaFix open?
In November 2026. Everyone on the waitlist gets the sign-up link by email on launch day, before we announce it anywhere else.
Which tools work with it?
Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Claude’s Cowork and chat sessions. Any ChatGPT chat. Gemini CLI, OpenCode and GitHub Copilot. And anything else that speaks MCP. Each person on your team can use a different tool.
What happens after the 90 days?
Unless you cancel, your team stays on Premium at US$15 a seat a month. Cancel before the 90 days end and your team moves to Basic, free for up to 4 people, and nothing is deleted.
Do we need a card?
Not to join the waitlist. To start the 90 days of Premium, an admin adds a card, as for every Premium trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email your admins beforehand with the date and the amount.
We’re only two or three people. Is it worth it?
Basic is free for up to 4 people anyway. The Head Start gives you Premium for 90 days on top: your whole memory, with no 60-day limit, and room to grow.
Does KoalaFix read our code?
No. Your agents send check-ins, search questions and the decisions they choose to save. Our servers never go and read your code, files, tracker or chat, and your memory is never sold or used to train AI models. See Security.

How do we set it up?
Connect your agent and it does the rest. It drafts your team’s facts, people and projects from things like pull request titles and review comments, shows you one review and saves it on your yes, then emails your teammates their invites. Each of them signs in once and confirms their own details on their first connect.
The fine print
The Head Start is for organisations that join the waitlist before KoalaFix opens. The 90-day Premium trial takes the place of the usual 30-day trial: one per organisation, started by an admin with a card, and otherwise the Plans and billing terms apply.
