KoalaFix has a free plan, a paid one, and Enterprise for teams with their own rules about data. Pricing has them side by side.
Basic
Free for up to 4 people. Every agent checks in, in every tool, and your team sees the last 60 days of memory.
Premium
US$15 a seat a month, after a 30-day free trial. Your team’s whole memory, with no 60-day limit, and as many people and agents as you like.
A seat is a person on your team. All of that person’s agents are included, in whichever tools they use.
When the trial ends
Unless you cancel, your team stays on Premium and pays US$15 a seat a month from then on. Cancel before day 30 and your team moves to Basic, and nothing is deleted. On Basic you see the last 60 days of memory; the rest comes back the moment you upgrade.
Change or cancel
Upgrade or cancel from your team’s settings at any time. Your memory stays where it is either way. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Enterprise
Everything in Premium, and you can keep the memory in your own database. It’s priced for your team: book a call to talk it through.
