You can delete your own account, and a workspace admin can archive or delete a whole workspace. Export first if you want a copy.
Your account and everything in it
Use the delete option on your dashboard’s Account page where it’s shown, or email support@koalafix.com from the address you sign in with. We confirm by email when it’s done.
What you wrote for your team stays, shown as written by “a former member”, unless you tick Also delete what I wrote in shared workspaces.
Your sign-in record at our sign-in provider is deleted separately when you ask us by email.
A whole workspace
An admin can archive a workspace from Settings › Danger: everyone loses access at once, and the data is kept. To have a workspace’s data deleted for good, an admin uses the delete option in the dashboard where it’s shown, or emails us.
Backups
The Privacy Policy says exactly what is deleted and how long backups take to roll over.
