To delete a note, ask your assistant to forget it.
Forget a note
Tell your assistant which note to forget. It retires the note with the settle tool. KoalaFix’s instructions tell assistants to retire things only with your yes, so expect it to check first.
A retired note stops showing up in searches straight away. For 30 days it can be brought back: ask your assistant to undo the change.
A fact that’s wrong
Facts keep their history. Rather than deleting one, ask your assistant to set it again with the right answer, and your team sees the new answer and who changed it.
