Is it really free?

Yes. The standard pilot includes one seat for 30 days with no card required. Starter and Growth also include a 14-day trial when you are ready to bring in the rest of the team.

What do you collect?

Anonymous usage and diagnostic data, meaning what's working and what's breaking, with personal data filtered out. It's what keeps the pilot free, and it's all in the Pilot Terms.

Do I need Microsoft 365?

For teams, yes. KoalaFix runs through Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. For the individual pilot, a personal Microsoft account is fine.

Is it safe? What can it touch?

It runs locally and asks for your sign-off before anything that can't be cleanly undone, like a password reset. Security and your privacy are built in from the ground up.
