When something stops working, your people describe the problem in plain English. KoalaFix diagnoses it on their PC, applies safe fixes and explains what happened.

Is KoalaFix really free for the first five companies?
Yes. Each of the first five companies onboarded gets KoalaFix free for six months, for up to 20 managed users. There is no card and no subscription, and it never converts to a paid plan on its own. Continuing past six months needs a fresh agreement.
What do companies 6 to 25 pay?
Companies 6 to 10 pay A$7.80 per managed user per month, 11 to 15 pay A$15.60, 16 to 20 pay A$23.40 and 21 to 25 pay A$31.20. Each of those rates runs for twelve months. From company 26 onward the price is the standard A$39.
Does the founding rate stack with annual billing?
No. A founding discount applies to the base A$39 price, never on top of the 20% annual discount.
What if we add people later?
Seats you add during the founding period keep the founding rate until the original expiry date. Nothing resets that date.
Can we take a founding place online?
No. The founding rates are offered on a Founder Call only. There is no self-serve route in, and the program closes for good once the twenty-five places are gone.
What if we have more than 20 people?
The complimentary six months covers up to 20 managed users. Bring the number you actually have to the call and we will work through it with you.
Do we have to give a positive testimonial?
No. We want honest feedback, not purchased praise. If KoalaFix produces a result you genuinely value, we may ask whether you would consider an approved testimonial or case study.
What if there is no founding place for us?
Every company gets the same 30-day free trial, whether or not there is a founding place. Start it from the pricing page, or book a Founder Call.
