It takes about two minutes. A founder reads every application and will tell you honestly whether the program looks like a fit.

Applying does not lock either side in. If accepted, we’ll agree a short participation agreement before activating complimentary Growth access. We only use these details to assess and reply to your application. See our Privacy Policy.

Questions, answered straight.

Is the Growth plan really included?

Yes. Accepted companies receive the Growth plan at no cost while they remain active and in good standing in the program. There is no card required for the program access.

What does “active” mean?

Use KoalaFix in good faith, keep a nominated contact, and attend the regular feedback calls. The point is a useful working relationship, not perfect attendance.

How long does the program last?

The program can last up to 6 months, and potentially even longer. This is on the condition that you remain active within the program.

Do we have to give a positive testimonial?

No. We want honest feedback, not purchased praise. If KoalaFix produces a result you genuinely value, we may ask whether you would consider an approved testimonial or case study.

What if we have more than 20 people?

You can still apply. The included Growth rollout covers up to 20 people initially; we can discuss a larger rollout if the fit is strong.

What if we are not selected?

You can still try the standard 30-day KoalaFix pilot or book a walkthrough. The founding cohort is deliberately small so the founder contact stays meaningful.
