Do I need to install anything?
Usually not. If your workplace set you up, KoalaFix is already on your computer. Look for the koala icon. If it's not there, ask whoever handles IT, or email support@koalafix.com.
Will I break something if I tap the wrong thing?
No. KoalaFix only makes safe fixes on its own. Anything that can't be easily undone, it stops and asks you to approve first.
What if it can't fix my problem?
If it can't sort something, it'll tell you straight. From there, use the Report a bug button inside the app, or email support@koalafix.com with a screenshot and a quick explanation. A real person in Melbourne picks it up.
Is it watching everything I do?
No. It looks only at what it needs to fix the thing you asked about. There's more on how we handle your data on our Security and Privacy pages.
What kind of problems can it handle?
The everyday stuff: OneDrive, printing, slow PCs, Outlook and Teams, passwords, finding files, and plenty more. If you're not sure, just ask it.
